Privacy Policy — SIQ / StockIQ apps

StockIQ ("SIQ") is an internal operations platform used by Allied Pharmacies and affiliated companies. The SIQ mobile app and the StockIQ web applications are intended for authorised staff only and are not offered to the general public.

What the app collects

• Staff account data — your name, work email address, role and branch assignment, used to sign you in and control what you can access.
• Operational records — actions you take in the app (orders, goods-in confirmations, stock counts, picking activity and similar) are recorded against your account as part of normal business record-keeping and auditing.
• Photos — the camera is used to scan barcodes and to photograph deliveries during goods-in. Delivery photos are uploaded to company systems and retained as operational records. Barcode scanning processes frames on the device and does not store video.
• Technical logs — errors and diagnostic events may be recorded to keep the service reliable.

What the app does not do

• No advertising, no analytics for marketing, and no tracking across other apps or websites.
• No sale or sharing of personal data with third parties, except processors that host the service on our behalf.
• No access to your personal photo library, contacts or location.

Legal basis and retention

Personal data is processed under UK GDPR as necessary for the performance of your employment or engagement with the company, and retained in line with company record-keeping policy.
